Job Summary: We are looking for a male Service Engineer with an electronics background to provide technical support and service for our products. The ideal candidate should be technically sound , possess problem-solving skills, and be willing to travel extensively. This role involves on-site support , on-call support , and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt service. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-call technical support to customers for troubleshooting and resolving issues. Perform on-site service and maintenance of products as required. Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic equipment. Handle technical queries and provide solutions to clients' problems. Ensure timely response to customer calls and service requests. Prepare detailed service reports and maintain service documentation. Collaborate with the technical team to provide feedback on product performance. Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and troubleshooting. Requirements: Male candidate with a background in Electronics (Diploma/Degree in Electronics or a related field). Willingness to travel extensively for on-site support. Ability to work on-call and manage time efficiently. Must possess a vehicle for travel to customer sites. Technically sound with a strong understanding of electronics systems and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and technical teams. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in a service engineer role within a manufacturing or electronics company. Knowledge of the latest tools and equipment used in electronics servicing. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
