Installation and Commissioning Install and set up machinery, equipment, or systems at customer sites. Ensure proper calibration and performance testing. Provide initial training to end-users on safe and effective equipment use. 2. Maintenance and Repair Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site. Replace or repair defective parts to restore functionality. 3. Customer Support Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues. Provide guidance and support to customers on product usage and maintenance. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service. 4. Technical Documentation Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and visit summaries. Document any issues encountered and the steps taken to resolve them. Report recurring problems to internal engineering or quality teams. 5. Training and Demonstration Train customer staff on equipment handling, safety, and troubleshooting. Demonstrate product features and upgrades. 6. Feedback Collection Gather feedback on product performance and usability. Relay customer insights to the product development or quality assurance teams. 7. Spare Parts and Inventory Management Carry essential spare parts and tools needed for field repairs. Recommend spare part replacements or upgrades based on equipment condition. 8. Compliance and Safety Follow all safety protocols while working at customer locations. Ensure customer equipment complies with local safety regulations. 9. Coordination and Communication Coordinate visits with customers and plan travel accordingly. Communicate regularly with the service manager or support team about job status. Provide updates to customers on timelines and next steps.
