Service Engineer/Sr. Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer / Senior Engineer with hands-on experience in robotics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting installation, commissioning, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of robotic systems, while providing excellent technical support to customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support new project installation and commissioning activities. Program and configure robotic systems to meet customer specifications. Provide on-site troubleshooting and telephonic technical support to customers. Deliver technical guidance and training sessions to service members, customers, and system integrators. Conduct routine robot servicing and preventive maintenance activities. Prepare and submit timely daily and weekly service reports to senior management. Develop and propose AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and spare parts solutions to customers, contributing to business growth. Gather and communicate customer and system integrator feedback to management for continuous business improvement. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) with a focus on robotics. 2 to 5 years of proven experience in robot service, application, programming, and project commissioning. Experience working with leading robot brands such as Yaskawa, Fanuc, Kuka, Torque Robotics, Skytech Robotics, or similar. Hands-on experience with Kawasaki robots is highly desirable. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per company requirements. Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and in a team. Strong technical aptitude with a passion for robotics technology. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
