Role & responsibilities Ensure top-line and bottom-line growth of Service Business, identify top talents and create a High performance driven culture for the long term growth and sustainability of the business apart from creating share holder value. Organize leadership development and coaching initiatives to the team to enable them succeed in their roles; provide the best-in-class facilities to train them well in the modern manufacturing systems and techniques in order to enable them in achieving the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and within specified timelines; Create Future Leaders as part of succession planning To Focus on Quality engagement of Key customers (70% business) with minimum 85% OTIF. To achieve uniform dispatch of at least 60% of the working days . To focus on New Product Development / Market expansion to achieve 40% sales from new customers / New products, to work for exports growth Identify, map and create strategic alliances with overseas partners for technology upgradation by understanding customer needs, domestic/global trends in the power transmission industry to meet market demand in a timely and cost effective manner
