Act as the primary contact for service requests and customer updates. Oversee inspections, manage vendors, and maintain service records. Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availability. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards as far as resolutions are concerned. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering will be an added advantage. 3-5 years in service coordination, preferably in reefer containers/cold chain. Technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and spare parts. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ERP/CRM software skills.
