Visits and personal meeting with existing clients Customer retention- Manage portfolio of existing customers Identify their requirements Feedback for customer satisfaction and Improvement suggestions to Management Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights Exhibition participation Conference, Event participation & Sponsoring Training and development of subordinates
