Sales Manager - Power Quality (Services Sales) Location : Gurgaon Experience : 5-9 Years Industry : Electrical / Power / Energy / Services Sales Employment Type : Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager - Power Quality to join our Services Sales team. The role involves selling Power Quality/FACTS solutions, modernization & upgradation services, consulting, audit services, cooling systems, and spare parts . The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role reports to the Sales Head, North - Services and requires a strong technical sales background, consultative selling skills, and extensive experience in the power & energy solutions domain . Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in Power Quality & Field Services. Manage existing accounts and develop strong customer relationships. Promote Digital Power's technical offerings and solutions. Develop winning sales strategies, handle negotiations, and close deals successfully. Work closely with system integrators and expand the partner network. Conduct consultative sales presentations and provide tailored solutions. Maintain customer data and sales pipeline in CRM systems . Ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth. Travel extensively to meet customers and partners. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus. Experience : 5-9 years in B2B services sales, preferably in Power Quality, UPS, Battery Systems, Cooling Systems, or Electrical Distribution Services. Strong technical knowledge of Power Quality applications & FACTS solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Consultative selling experience with system integrators, contractors, and key decision-makers. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM tools & Microsoft Office . Why Join Us?
