Job Description: Service Technician Location: Karnataka - Ballari Experience: 3 to 4 years Job Description As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of screw compressors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with safety standards . Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on screw compressors. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to screw compressors and related systems. Provide technical support and guidance to clients. Maintain accurate service records and reports. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards. Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality. Qualifications: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 3-4 years of experience in Genset service, compressor service, or related field. Proficient in Kannada, Telugu, English, and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in relevant software tools. Strong technical and mechanical skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Personal Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed for on-site services.
