Role & responsibilities Provide overall technical guidance and leadership. Should able to interact with Customer in order to understand their requirement and provide best possible solution around ITSM module Development Oversight: Lead and guide the development team in implementing ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and efficient use of ServiceNow features. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide insights into technical feasibility and potential challenges. Accountable for overall architecture. Identifies and drives resolution of technical issues affecting project execution. Document the detailed technical design. Support the product lead in ensuring consistency between process design and ServiceNow requirements. Verify the technical details of the stories then approved these stories accordingly.
