ServiceNow Consultant (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, CSDM/CMDB, Legal/SPM) - Job Description We are seeking a versatile and experienced ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in one or more of the following modules: IT Service Management (ITSM) , IT Operations Management (ITOM) , Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) , Common Service Data Model/Configuration Management Database (CSDM/CMDB) , and Legal Service Delivery/Service Portfolio Management (Legal/SPM) . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and integration, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to meet business needs. Experience: 2-13 years (Analyst-Consultant-Sr Consultant-Manager) Compensation: 4-29 LPA Key Responsibilities: Module Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, CSDM/CMDB, Legal/SPM) based on client requirements. Design and deploy workflows, processes, and integrations to support IT service management , IT operations , governance, risk, compliance , security operations , legal operations , and service portfolio management . Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to gather requirements, define data models, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Integration & Automation: Integrate ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems (e.g., discovery tools, monitoring systems, third-party applications) to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Implement ServiceNow Discovery tools to identify and map Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships, ensuring accurate representation of the IT ecosystem. Data Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the CMDB and other ServiceNow modules. Implement processes for ongoing data maintenance, reconciliation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Training & Adoption: Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of implemented solutions. Drive the adoption of CSDM framework and other ServiceNow best practices across the organization. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow modules, ensuring scalability to meet organizational growth and evolving business needs. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced functionality within the ServiceNow platform. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that implemented solutions support compliance requirements and provide accurate reporting for audits, service impact analysis, and decision-making processes. Develop and enforce GRC policies to align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ServiceNow's latest features, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and cost optimization to improve organizational resilience and efficiency. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2-13 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, GRC, CSDM/CMDB, Legal/SPM . Certifications: Must have relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM, GRC, CSDM, or Legal/SPM ). Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Service Graph Connectors, and integrations . Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under close guidance and within standard procedures. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Event Management , Service Graph Connectors , and ITOM/ITSM integrations . Experience with IT Business Management (ITBM) , Project Portfolio Management (PPM) , and Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) . Knowledge of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) , Security Operations (SecOps) , and Vulnerability Management .
