Role & responsibilities Provide overall technical guidance and leadership. Development Oversight: Lead and guide the development team in implementing ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and efficient use of ServiceNow features. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide insights into technical feasibility and potential challenges. Accountable for overall architecture. Identifies and drives resolution of technical issues affecting project execution. Document the detailed technical design. Support the product lead in ensuring consistency between process design and ServiceNow requirements.
