Job Description

Job Requirements 4 years experience in Implementation experience /Development experience in ServiceNow SAM/HAM/Sam pro Experience on SAM and HAM implementation and customization Good understanding on SAMpro architecture and should have hands on experience on software Entitlement data load, Intune integration, License reconciliation, Direct integration profiles, software catalog development. He/She should have experience on Model Normalization, customizing different HAM workflows like Hardware asset refresh order, reclamation order, loaner order, transfer order and disposal order etc... Software asset management Hardware asset management ServiceNow ITAM Hands-on experience with ITAM tools and platforms , preferably on ServiceNow having done SAM Table Installs Data analysis Entitlement to Deployment mapping and Consumption Analysis and creating the Final Entitlement License Position. In depth understanding of end to end Software Asset Management process framework comprising the SAM Tool and its interaction with Contracts , Procurement , Publisher Owner Teams Understanding of CMDB and Discovery process in relation to the SAM processes SAM Expertise : License Compliance, Software Lifecycle Management, Software Compliance Audits, Software Optimization Able to provide Thought Leadership from Industry Best Practices perspective to the client on the SAM practices (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
