Job Description We're Hiring: ServiceNow Architect Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Gurugram Experience: 8 to 9 Years Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ITIL processes, ITSM, HRSD, ITBM, Integrations, Service Portal, Custom Applications, Workspaces, CMDB, Knowledge, Demand, and Release Management within the ServiceNow platform . You will play a critical role in driving innovation, ensuring platform best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise and act as a ServiceNow product architect . Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and integrations. Define and enforce best practices, standards, and architectural controls . Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements . Lead ServiceNow upgrades, product roadmap planning, and release management . Evaluate new features, perform impact analysis, and recommend enhancements. Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and deployment strategies . Mentor teams , foster innovation, and drive ServiceNow adoption. What Were Looking For: Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture and development. Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, HRSD, ITBM, CMDB, and integrations . Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting . Ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills .
