Job Description ServiceNow Developer Role: ServiceNow Developer Location: Chennai / Kochi / Bangalore / Bhubaneswar / Kolkata / Pune / Gurgaon Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Experience: 6+ years Interview Mode: Virtual Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and implement applications using the ServiceNow platform. Work on ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and Service Portal functionalities. Manage CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and ensure efficient IT service management. Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications . Create and integrate REST APIs for seamless data flow. Work in an Agile environment , ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Perform peer code reviews and contribute to best practices. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for project execution. Support product upgrades, releases, and modern technology deployments . Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development . Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM . Minimum 2 years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and REST APIs . Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies . Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, Scripting, APIs, and Service Portal . ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Application Development (CAD) Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in Flow Designer, Integration HUB, and legacy Workflow . Ability to develop and implement integrations and automation workflows . Exposure to test automation and reusable code development. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a client-facing role .
