Role & responsibilities Qualifications Required: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering At least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, Enhancements and implementation Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting Excellent knowledge and experience in Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc. Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands Excellent analytical and time management skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English Strong stakeholder relationship building skills Strong project management skills
