Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Engineer, working directly with our client. In this specialized role, you will focus on the implementation, management, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM, with a strong emphasis on Service Mapping and Discovery modules. You will ensure the effective management of on-premise and cloud inventory, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the clients ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities: ServiceNow ITOM Management: Manage and improve ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Service Mapping for on-premise and cloud inventory. Define configuration items and classes, attributes, data collection, and governance that are important to support other ITSM modules and business objectives. Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow ITOM implementations. Service Mapping and Discovery: Optimize and troubleshoot Service Mapping and Discovery processes. Ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data within the ServiceNow CMDB. ITOM Configuration and Optimization: Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules to meet business requirements. Identify and implement improvements to ITOM processes and workflows. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITOM with other ServiceNow modules. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Best Practices: Stay current with ServiceNow ITOM best practices and industry trends. Required Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOM implementations, Service Mapping, and Discovery modules. Certified in CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, or CIS-Service Mapping (any 2 certifications). Proven experience managing and improving ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Service Mapping for on-premise and cloud inventory. Demonstrated ability to define configuration items and classes, attributes, data collection, and governance that are important to support other ITSM modules and business objectives. Stable employment history with no significant gaps or frequent job changes. Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM, Service Mapping, and Discovery modules. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions: Initial 5 days in-office for the first 2 months, followed by a hybrid work model. Interview Process: 3 rounds of interviews.
