Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with pre-sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, coupled with a proven track record in presales activities. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage projects from inception to completion while supporting the sales team in securing new business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and support teams, to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders. Manage project resources, including allocation and utilization, to optimize efficiency. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project delivery. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, encouraging a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop and present proposals and solutions to potential clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather requirements from clients to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Support the sales team in presales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals). Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies. Salesforce, ServiceNow or Workday HCM/Finance technical experience. need an SME on ServiceNow primary background should have been a technical Architect in the previous roles.
