ServiceNow Senior Developer ServiceNow Senior Developer General Information Hiring Department/Group: IT Service Management Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer Office Location: Bangalore Job Function Summary Millennium is looking to hire a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow team focusing on system automation, workflow development, and integrations with internal and external applications. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the SDLC methodology, Agile SCRUM, development methodologies, test cases, test execution and reporting. This candidate will also serve as a Team Lead within our Bangalore office. Principal Responsibilities Develop new ServiceNow applications and enhancements from business requirements and/or technical design documents Maintain consistent delivery of application solutions throughout the product suite by following development standards and the architecture framework Work with stakeholders to design scalable solutions that meet business requirements and can be easily maintained Develop and manage application code, user interface, and third-party integration components Recognize and report issues before they adversely impact the testing schedule and projects Coordinate/facilitate load testing and performance testing activities for our software platform Develop necessary development documentation as needed (e.g. technical design, developer notes, etc.) Participate in daily operations of ServiceNow team Act as primary ServiceNow Lead for our APAC region offices Serve as a Team Lead for our Bangalore office Qualifications/Skills Required Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 12 years of ServiceNow development experience 8+ years of JavaScript development experience 8+ year Experience in Web technologies (REST, Web Services, XML, Ajax, Python) 8+ year Experience with Front-end frameworks: Angular and/or React.js Experience with Source Control Software - Git Experience with the SDLC including Requirements Analysis, Design, Installation, Development, Testing (application code and user acceptance), and Deployment Strong technical documentation skills Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach Attention to details and strong ownership of work ITIL v3 Certification is a plus SQL experience is highly desired Experience leading a team of developers/engineers
