Had a wonderful service experience for my Bose Soundbar 600 which was out of warranty. There was some problem with software which was resolved by them immediately. I thank Jaffar and Akshay for providing promt service with a smile.

Service technician Mr Jafar at J.B nagar service centre was very attentive. He sorted my soundbar 500 software update issue within 10 minutes. And I was happily out of service centre within half an hour after testing.overall impressive.

Shakil Shaikh was very professional and resolved all the lagging issues of the Ultra Soundbar. He installed better HDMI cables and recalibrated the system the now there is complete satisfaction with Bose.
