Role & responsibilities 1. Human Resource ManagementDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.Develop performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial regulations, and company policies.2. Training & Employee DevelopmentIdentify training needs and implement development programs for employees.Organize skill enhancement and leadership training sessions.Promote employee engagement and career growth initiatives.3. Payroll & Compensation ManagementOversee payroll processing, salary structures, and employee benefits.Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).Monitor attendance, leaves, and work shifts to optimize productivity.4. Administration & Facility ManagementOversee office administration, including security, housekeeping, and infrastructure maintenance.Manage vendor contracts for office supplies, transport, and canteen services.Ensure workplace safety, health, and hygiene standards.5. Legal & ComplianceEnsure company adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and employee welfare policies.Manage audits related to HR and administrative compliance.Maintain employee records and documentation as per legal requirements.6. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare HR reports for senior management on workforce planning and employee performance.Collaborate with different departments to align HR strategies with business goals.Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover rates for improvement.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.Knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.Experience with HR software, payroll management, and ERP systems.Strong leadership and people management abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Working Conditions:Office-based role with occasional visits to factory premises and external meetings.Regular interaction with employees, management, and external vendors.
