We represent leading Indian and international brands as their authorized distributor with a pan-India presence. Our varied list of clients includes major Indian and multinational companies. We are headquartered in Mumbai, with branch offices in Pune Surat, and sales personnel across Ahmedabad, Delhi, Hyderabad and Vadodara. We are looking for qualified, experienced Technical Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Engineer at our head office in Mumbai to assist in pre-sales activities for our imported range of specialty pumps for the chemical / process industry. Responsibilities Assist sales engineers in preparing technical sales proposals for upcoming customer projects Interpreting data sheets and associated enquiry documentation provided by consultant / customer; refer engineering databases for technical selection of right model Working out the appropriate costing and other commercial terms for quotes. Check pre- post-order techno-commercial documentation including inspection requirements, bank guarantees, dispatch clearances, etc. Preparing reports or analyses on our products, sales performance / metrics as required by Management Organizing regular review meetings between sales engineers and management Frequent liaising with multiple teams including our principals as well as customers for techno-commercial information, the Accounts team or the Order Execution team, as appropriate for business operations This is largely an internal role, but from time to time, you will be required to reach out to customers for clarifications and information. In-person customer meetings within Mumbai are less common but may arise as required Requirements Diploma or Degree Engineers (Mech/Elec/Chem) with 4-6 years inside sales experience in industrial centrifugal pumps or even Mechanical Seals is preferred Prior knowledge of positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, and/or pump-selection software is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well as Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet). Willingness to learn and use new computer applications like CRM tools. Good communication skills are essential for handling consultants, foreign principals.

We are looking for qualified, experienced Service engineer for our range of KAESER screw compressors compressed air systems. The primary responsibility is to conduct service maintenance and commissioning requests at site, during or after AMC. Responsibilities Pre-commissioning Commissioning activities for compressed air systems at customer sites, after checking site readiness and/or suggesting changes as necessary. Visit the customers for any complaint logged, attending technical difficulties faced by customer. Identifying technical difficulties / loopholes in the compressed air system suggesting the remedy to the customers. Handling replacement refurbishment tasks at customer s site; generating and forwarding enquiries for spares to the service coordinators. Generating detailed Field Service Reports for status of installed compressor as well as recommending corrective actions to be taken, if any. Service coordinator needs to be updated regarding the status within 24 hrs from the receipt of complaint. Submitting weekly report on the service issues attended resolved each day. Identifying reporting about the different types of equipment installed at Customer s site to build market database. Requirements Diploma or Degree Engineers (Mech/Elec) with 2-3 years experience; or ITI diplomas with 4-6 years experience in servicing of compressors. Specific experience with rotary screw compressors maintenance overhauling. Familiarity with computer tools like MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs). Willingness to learn about new tool Salesbabu CRM. Good communication and persuasion skills as it is required to be constant communication with customer. Own 2-wheeler for movement across customer sites is required.
