Job Description We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator with 5 years of work experience to manage and optimize our SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our SharePoint platforms, both on-premises and in the cloud. Responsibilities Install, configure, and manage SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint farms Develop and implement SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and forms Manage user access, permissions, and security settings across SharePoint sites and document libraries Perform regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues promptly Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint processes and configurations Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SharePoint-based solutions for business needs Monitor SharePoint performance and usage, providing recommendations for improvements Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures for SharePoint data Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator, working with both on-premises and cloud-based SharePoint environments Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2016 or later versions, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automation Experience with SharePoint migration tools (e.g., Sharegate) and processes Familiarity with related technologies such as SQL Server, IIS, and Active Directory Knowledge of SharePoint development using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Platform, and Nintex Workflows Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Relevant SharePoint certifications are a plus
