Role & responsibilities Digital workplace competence center is shaping a modern digital workplace that fosters seamless communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams and departments. As part of our Digital Workplace Competence Center, you will drive the strategic development of digital tools and processes, enhance the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and support business units in optimizing workflows and information flows. You will ensure the mapping and implementation of business processes using SharePoint Online and other Office 365 technologies and tools (such as Teams) including the Power Platform. You are responsible for the technical implementation and customization of innovative projects based on SharePoint technologies as well as integration into third party systems. You will develop and monitor the processes and workflows of the center of excellence. You are responsible for the SharePoint environment and its add-ins in terms of conception, development, deployment and support. You analyze and prioritize new requirements and design new projects in close coordination with the Digital Workplace Lead. You are the contact person for evaluations regarding the use of other products from the Office 365 and Azure portfolio (Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, OneDrive, Delve, Stream, etc.). You enjoy working in a dynamic team and are motivated to proactively optimize processes together with your colleagues and external partners as well as the latest technologies. You will develop and create modern appealing web applications and solutions in the enterprise environment. You will support units and their users regarding M365 software evaluations and tests Preferred candidate profile Bachelor or master degree in computer engineering, software engineering or information technology +5 years of relevant professional experience and very good knowledge of MS Office 365 / Services 3 yrs minimum experience in the SPFX Development is a must have. TypeScript, React, JavaScript, HTML5 / CSS3 and C # Good knowledge of MS Active Directory, MS SQL, MS Windows Server 2016 (IIS) and MS Sharepoint Solutions / Addins. Basic knowledge regarding security and data policies in the context of M365. Hands on Experience in PowerAutomate and PowerApps. Basic knowledge in Power BI and M365 Copilot - AI technologies and agents. Ability to work in a team as well as careful working methods, initiative and customer orientation Fluent written and spoken in English An advantage - but not must have: Knowledge of German.
