The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SharePoint development, customization, and integration, along with strong problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online & On-Premise applications. Design and implement workflows, forms, and web parts using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Build and manage SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components using React/JavaScript. Develop and optimize SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries for improved user experience. Integrate SharePoint with third-party applications and enterprise systems. Ensure security, governance, and compliance best practices in SharePoint solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, access, and content management. Required Skills & Experience: Design and develop SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts Customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer and other tools Implement SharePoint workflows and forms Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SharePoint applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Provide technical support and training to end-users Stay updated on SharePoint best practices and new features Ensure SharePoint solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019. Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Designer. Knowledge of SharePoint REST API, CSOM, and PnP. Hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server is a plus. Understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Experience 6 years of experience in SharePoint development Technical Skills Proficiency in SharePoint development using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and best practices Ability to customize SharePoint using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with SharePoint migration and integration Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Attention to detail and a focus on quality Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Experience in leading SharePoint development projects Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform Experience with SharePoint governance and compliance Strong leadership experience in a technical role
