Job Description

We are looking for Shift Engineer role for facility. Facility maintenance team will comprise of Housekeeping, Safety, Power and Water Management team. Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure the operation and maintenance of all Technical work on the site. Ensure com plaints are addressed by allocating technician s/Staffs Plan, Schedule, and implement 52 Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all Continental MEP assets. Maintain inventory and report the statu s Plan shift roster for team and ensure team attendance Report status to FM via email Provide administrative support Interact with customers through e-mails/calls Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent technical skills in MEP Ready to work in project in client place. Ability to work in a team environment Strong multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office Qualifications: BE/B-Tech in EEE, Civil, Mechanical. Language: English, Tamil Location: Chennai
