Job Description

Supervise and manage all finished goods operations during the assigned shift. Ensure timely inward and outward movement of stock as per dispatch plan. Monitor shift-wise activities including loading/unloading, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch. Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory movement and control. Ensure proper stock handling and accurate data entry in WMS/ERP systems. Perform shift-wise inventory checks and support monthly cycle counts and reconciliation. Coordinate with transport, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shift operations. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S) on the shop floor. Train and guide operators, supervisors, and material handlers during the shift. Report operational performance, delays, discrepancies, and exceptions to Warehouse Manager.
