Job Description

Role & responsibilities Perform Production according to work orders, SOPs or special instructions Check the seed-dip status of the pullers and decide whether to start necking Monitor the processing status and performance of all growers, attentively observing for any abnormalities Monitor the pullers operating status In the event of deviations or issues, promptly initiate an action request to the designated personnel, ensuring swift resolution and maintenance of optimal operational Periodic reporting of the productivity for each puller (daily, weekly, and monthly) Identify the daily abnormalities and prepare an action report, and take corrective actions Perform shift Hand-over & Take-over with the upcoming shift personnel and share detailed information of the previous shift and if any critical actions are to be taken In case of emergencies, take appropriate actions by following the SOPs and gather at the assembly point Preferred candidate profile-BTECH/BE
