Shift Incharge - Production (House Wire)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1.Should have minimum experience of 3 to 7 years in wire field. 2.Well Known to the processes involved in manufacturing of wires. 3. Have knowledge of copper Wire drawing and, copper MWD, Insulation, Coiling and Packaging lines. 4. Can understand and troubleshoot the problems during the processes like Wire Drawing, Insulation, Coiling, Packaging. 5. Decision making skill to reduce Scrap generation during all processes involved in house wire manufacturing. 6. Knowledge of Wheel/Contact type printers and train operator to improve their skills. 7. Knowledge of SAP 8.Good accountability & data management skill. 9. Monitor production processes and control quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards. 10.Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality standards. 11. Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, testing, quality to support overall development.
