Shift Leader - Capsule Production

Job Description

Role & responsibilities a. Execute the production plan as per production schedules, achieving production, quality, cost & dispatch target. b. Utilize the allotted manpower for the shift production, obtain maximum output and maintain discipline in the shift. c. Verify and review shift production records and update SAP entries for proper monitoring and to ensure system compliance. d. Co-ordination with quality assurance, quality control maintenance, utility and stores departments for smooth production operation. e. Contribute to quality improvement, corrective and preventive actions. f. Follow systems and procedures as per FDA ISO-9001: 2015, cGMP, GDP and 6S to comply with regulatory requirements. Technical Competencies a) Product & Process knowledge. b) Knowledge of Production Planning and Control. c) Quality conscious. d) Knowledge of Compliances of Pharma / Food Industries. Behavioural Competencies: a) Process oriented. b) Time management & drive for consistent results. c) Cross-functional team working. d) Customer centric. e) Good communication skills. (English not compulsory but Hindi or Marathi must.) Preferred candidate profile 1. B.Sc. (Chemistry) or B. Pharm with 4 to 5 years of experience in Production in Pharma, Healthcare / Food Processing Industry. 2. M.Sc. (Chemistry) or M. Pharm with 2 to 3 years of experience in Production in Pharma, Healthcare / Food Processing Industry.
