The job opening is for Knorr-Bremse CVS, Hinjewadi Phase II Role & responsibilities - 1) Independently able to work on machine. 2) Responsible for daily breakdown Electrical/Mechanical activities. 3) Responsible for spare part management & manpower handling 4) Improvement and Implementation for repeated issues and breakdown reduction. 5) Responsible for to take the back up of systems and data eg.PLC, Drives, EOL & maintain the same. 6) Having Knowledge & able to read the circuit of Electrical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems. 7) Should be able to train and guide to the maintenance team. 8) Able to modify the PLC program. 9) Able to analyses and conclude the faults of machine. 10) Monitor the external services. 11) Breakdown Root Cause Analysis and taking measures thereof to improve MTTR & MTBF. 12) Responsible for Daily ,Preventive & Predictive Maintenance 13) SAP PM module knowledge as an end user 14) Able to work on End of Line Tester 15) Able to work on Maintenance budget. 16) 6 days working Preferred candidate profile Need to work in shifts. Candidates who can join immediately or one month notice period. Professional Competency : PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi ,Delta) ,Lab View -NI. SQL Data base. Working of Vision System (Keyence, Cognex). Laser marking (Sic / Keyence ) functioning. Breakdown Analysis Fanuc Robot
