Job Summary: Brikoven Private Limited is looking for a responsible and proactive Shift Supervisor / Shift Incharge to oversee production activities during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain product quality, and manage personnel, resources, and compliance within the production unit. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the shift, ensuring timely completion of production targets. Monitor staff performance, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Manage shift schedules, breaks, manpower deployment, and workflow optimization. Ensure proper operation and cleanliness of machinery and work areas. Resolve operational issues in real-time and escalate complex problems to the Production Manager. Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, resource usage, and shift handover reports. Conduct regular checks for process compliance, including quality and inventory control. Provide training and guidance to team members and new joiners. Qualifications & Skills: 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory role in food manufacturing or a similar production environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of production planning, process flow, Basic proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems is an added advantage. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
