Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of electrical maintenance teams, ensuring efficient shift operation and adherence to safety protocols. Manage contractors' work, monitor progress, and resolve issues related to wiring, electrical works, and electronics. Ensure compliance with licensing requirements for supervisors and maintain accurate records of all activities. Coordinate with ITIs (Industrial Training Institute) for training programs on 11kv/33kv systems, wire handling, and electrical maintenance. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement in electrical equipment performance. Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience as an Supervisor Diploma holder in Electrical or B.Tech /B.E. degree from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of 11kv/33kv systems, wiring techniques, and electrical works. Excellent supervisory skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
