Role & responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of machinists in a fast-paced environment. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Oversee machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Enforce safety procedures and quality control standards. Monitor workflow, address issues, and ensure smooth operations. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment. MS Excel and ERP Software Knowledge required Knowledge of machining processes and equipment (CNC, lathes, etc.). Excellent leadership and communication skills.
