Exceptional customer service is a priority..JOB RESPONSIBILITY• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their shipping needs and ensuretheir satisfaction.• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providingsupport.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipping solutions.• Monitor and analyze client activity to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.• Provide clients with regular updates on shipping statuses, new services, and market trends.• Gather and analyze feedback from clients to inform service improvements and innovations.• Prepare and present reports on client activities, satisfaction levels, and potential risks to management.• Assist in negotiating contracts and service agreements with clients.• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors to identify potential opportunities andthreats.• Contribute to the development and implementation of client retention strategies.Top of FormSKILL REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in a similar role within the shipping or logisticsindustry.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. .
