Doing Fake and illegal activities and fraud with the customer just showing the attempt made and not doing attempt at all just charging the money and taking someone hard earned money such type of platform should not be used

I took the service of shiprocket amplify for 2 videos but I got very bad service and my money and time wasted, I have mailed but no one is replying, I talked to Dushyant or Gurneet but they are also not replying and are not even receiving calls

Zero support, all packages go in weight discrepancy and even after providing the correct weight and dimension measurements, the sellers reject it to make more money. You will only lose money. Horrible company!!

Neither they attempt delivery, not do they attend calls. In my case they escalated the issue so much that I lost all hopes of receiving my order. Money went waste as the company didn't receive their product back either. It got lost.

"This is the most incompetent and fraudulent shipping company ever! Their tracking falsely claims the package was delivered, but the buyer NEVER received anything. Very bad company, I wrongly put the wrong phone number, the number cannot be updated and it is done NDR, Also if you will put correct weight it will give weight discrepancy.. waste of time and energy using ship rocket. i sent the item and the customer didnt received the item and it is lost in transit

There is no office there, just a highway road and nothing is there and they are just not delivering my product giving ridiculous excuses like road breakage, no vehicle etc . Do not use this courier service.
