Analysis of defective product input data from customer related to inbound/outbound information Previous manufacturing/repair history of product. Perform Post Good Receipt (PGR) Activities in SAP. Release, print Closure of Production/Service work order as per analysis PO information. Printing of labels as per DMR. Prepare the RMA packet. Manage Outbound deliveries as per weekly plans. Management information system (MIS) KRA: Quality performance- FPY- First Pass Yield o DEFOA -Defect on Arrival On time performance COTS - Delivered on time as confirmed/scheduled OTTP/R - Delivered On time to request Performance to standard hours- Efficiency - Standard hours for task/actual hours used Youre the right fit if: (4 x bullets max) 1. Experience- Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience. 2. Skills- Inbound Outbound Logistics Knowledge of Quality Management system Flow of goods and material Planning Exposure to ERP (SAP) 3. Education- Diploma in any engineering 4.
