Skills Mandatory -Shopify Plus Architecture & Development Skills - Primary - Shopify Plus Total Experience 15+ years Relevant Experience 5 years Work Location - Kochi/TVM Expected Date of Onboarding -Immediate Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Architecture & Design o Define the overall Shopify Plus architecture including storefront, backend, integrations, and apps. o Design scalable, extensible, and maintainable Shopify solutions that meet business requirements. o Own the Shopify technical roadmap and guide platform evolution and modernization. • Platform Leadership o Act as the subject matter expert on Shopify capabilities, Liquid templating, and headless commerce models (e.g., Hydrogen, Storefront API). o Evaluate and select tech stacks, Shopify apps, custom modules, and third-party integrations (e.g., ERP, PIM, CRM, OMS). o Provide guidance on SEO optimization, performance tuning, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. • Development Oversight o Collaborate with frontend/backend engineers, UX designers, and project managers to deliver Shopify projects. o Lead technical discovery, documentation, and prototyping. o Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards. • DevOps & CI/CD o Work with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines for Shopify code deployments. o Define Git workflows, environment branching, and release management strategies. • Stakeholder Engagement o Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams. o Advise on third-party licensing, platform capabilities, and feature feasibility. o Adhere to ISMS Policies and procedure
