Job Description

Role : We seek a dynamic and result-driven Store Manager for our Siliguri showroom to lead a team of 8 members, drive counter sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Lead and drive counter sales to meet monthly targets. Ensure team members are well-versed in products, sales techniques, and customer handling. Develop and implement sales strategies to boost walk-ins, conversions, and upselling. Team Management: Supervise and support a team of 8 sales executives. Conduct daily briefings and weekly meetings to motivate and align team efforts. Customer Service: Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure high satisfaction and repeat footfall. Handle escalated customer queries and complaints with prompt resolution. Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities including opening/closing, stock management, and reporting. Maintain proper visual merchandising, in-store display, and product tagging. Coordinate with head office for inventory, promotions, and billing processes. Reporting & Compliance: Discuss daily sales reports and team performance reports. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, billing, and financial protocols. Preferred candidate profile : Graduate in any discipline . 5 to 7 years of retail experience, preferably in mobile/electronics retail. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented mindset with proven sales achievements. Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS/billing software. Local language proficiency and understanding of the regional market.
