Job Description

Key Focus  Offer a higher quality Customer Experience by following Company policy and best practices  Attend training sessions and be able to correctly position products to customers.  Understand and present solutions to customers, using the Demo Units and Product videos in-store.  Follow the guidance on all aspects of store operations and targets  Achieve topline and GP targets as set for daily/weekly/monthly goals  Be fully compliant with all store policies and practices Responsibilities Include: Sales, Merchandising, Training  Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets individually and for the store.  Attend all internal and brand training programs  Make the customer experience special for every product interaction. Handhold customer at every step from walk-in, to demo, to query handling, to additional product attaches, to invoicing and delivery/installation.  Be aware of target achievements and share updates with the reporting manager  Track customer requirements on CRM and follow through for closure  Update reporting manager on any customer issues, product insights, competition offers  Be fully aware of all products and affordability offers  Follow daily merchandising checklists and check that it is as per the planogram  Manage store POS when needed.
