The HR Generalist will oversee a wide range of HR responsibilities, providing support across recruitment, onboarding, employee life cycle management, performance management, training, and employee engagement. This role will involve handling administrative duties while also supporting HR strategy and employee relations. The HR Generalist will work closely with both Junior and Senior HR staff to ensure HR initiatives are executed efficiently and employees are supported throughout their journey at the company.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Selection:Assist with creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and sourcing candidates.Handle job applications, interview call letters, and maintain recruitment trackers.Coordinate candidate evaluations, interview feedback, and the onboarding of new hires.Utilize job sourcing portals and manage employee referral programs.Onboarding:Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.Manage new joinee documentation including PF/ESIC declarations, NDAs, and physical fitness assessments (if required).Prepare employee induction documents, welcome emails, and new employee announcements.Ensure a smooth onboarding experience through a comprehensive checklist.Employee Life Cycle:Maintain accurate employee records and personal files.Assist in managing probation periods and confirmations, including issuing probation letters.Administer promotion letters and performance-related communication such as warnings or show-cause letters.Handle employee leave applications and other administrative forms.Manage employee satisfaction surveys to gauge engagement and address concerns.Exit Management:Coordinate exit interviews, resignation acceptance, and the clearance process.Prepare experience letters and employee clearance forms, ensuring a smooth offboarding process.Oversee the return of IT and company assets.Performance Management:Assist with performance planning, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.Help implement and review performance management systems.Support in conducting regular employee feedback sessions.Employee Wellness & Engagement:Organize monthly employee engagement activities, games, and holiday celebrations.Coordinate outbound events and annual celebrations.Facilitate employee birthday greetings and recognition programs.Manage employee wellness initiatives and satisfaction surveys.Training & Development:Assist in organizing training sessions and development workshops.Help manage skill assessments and maintain a training calendar.Support employee development plans to ensure continuous growth.Organizational Analytics, Review & Milestones:Assist in HR analytics and monthly review reporting.Support HR leadership in restructuring and strategy implementation.Help track and report on yearly milestones for the HR department.Administrative Support:Provide general administrative HR support, maintaining compliance with policies.Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Provide timely HR reports to leadership on key metrics.Candidate will look after payroll as well as HR policies.
