Job Title: Terminal Manager (Edible & Chemical Products)Experience: Minimum 15 years in Edible & Chemical Operations within a similar organization.Responsibilities:Ensure the safe operation of the terminal, promoting a proactive safety culture.Manage staff resources, training, and compliance with legal and operational standards.Foster effective communication and teamwork within the terminal.Develop and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.Handle accidents, incidents, and non-conformances effectively.Oversee budget control and overall terminal functionality.Health & Safety Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with safety procedures and safe work practices.Lead safety initiatives, including risk assessments and contractor management.Participate in safety audits, Hazop meetings, and emergency response planning.Stop any unsafe work until corrective actions are taken.
