Scalene has invented sustainable engineering solutions to tackle the following large-scale problems: Lack of safe drinking water Environmental damage to water systems due to sewage, effluent, and desalination Greenhouse gas impact and pollution caused by agriculture and biomass waste For wastewater recovery, we have developed a proprietary system called Aquatron . It is currently installed and in operation at select India campuses of large listed Companies. For converting organic waste to natural gas, we have developed Biothane . It is currently installed and in operation at select facilities of large listed Companies. Job Summary: We re seeking a skilled Electrical Instrumentation Engineer to contribute to our team. This role focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems, requiring a practical approach and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities: Develop and interpret PIDs and instrumentation diagrams. Design and develop electrical control systems (power distribution, machine control, embedded controllers, sensors, communication networks). Create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using CAD. Design control rooms, perform load calculations, and troubleshoot EI systems. Program and test automation software/hardware (PLCs, SCADA, HMI), managing large I/O systems. Maintain and troubleshoot existing electrical/automation systems, performing repairs and upgrades. Execute projects at various sites, meeting client requirements. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders. Research and implement new technologies for system improvement. Qualifications: Familiarity with PIDs and instrumentation diagrams. Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA/HMI. CAD proficiency for electrical schematics. Experience with control room design, load calculations, and EI troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in teams.

Minimum 3 Years experience in Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices Industry. Work experience with meeting the following Healthcare speciality Doctors: Gynaecologists, General / Gastro Bariatric Surgeons, Top General Physicians, Leading MBBS Doctors, Ayush Doctors ( Siddha / Ayurveda / Unani Homeopathy ) . Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex information. Strong collaborative and time-management skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a sales-oriented mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and achievement of sales objectives.
