Experience Required:5+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in the IT/AV industry. Experience in BFSI Industry will have added advantage.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Revenue Generation & Sales:Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT and AV sectors.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and close high-value deals.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.Act as a point of contact for escalations, ensuring swift resolution.Market Analysis & Strategy:Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the Mumbai region.Product Knowledge & Solutions Selling:Deep understanding of IT and AV solutions, including products like video conferencing systems, collaboration tools, and digital signage.Offer tailored solutions to meet the clients requirements effectively.Collaboration with Teams:Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical support, and operations) to streamline pre-sales and post-sales processes.Participate in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and presentations.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Electronics, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience in sales/business development in IT/AV sectors.Strong understanding of IT/AV solutions, systems integration, and related products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel within the region as needed.
