Assess the electrical topology at customer sites to evaluate MFM deployment coverage, identify gaps, and determine additional requirements. Analyze networking feasibility to recommend a viable networking solution. Lead installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of EnMS solutions at customer sites, ensuring seamless deployment. Gather customer technical requirements, propose tailored solutions, and clearly communicate system capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, technical proposals, installation guidelines, and real-world deployment insights to support both pre-sales and installation. Conduct on-site product demos, training sessions, and post-sales support to assist customers in system adoption. Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events, providing technical expertise to support marketing efforts as needed. Collaborate with RD to provide field insights, refine product features, and assist in prototype testing from a customer application perspective. Travel to customer sites for system assessments, installations, and training as required. Required Technical Domain Skills: Experience in Energy Management Solutions is mandatory, including MFM deployment, electrical topology, and networking (Modbus, wireless backhaul). Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of energy monitoring solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to assess site feasibility, system design, and integration challenges. Experience in RD collaboration, providing field insights and assisting in prototype testing. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Required Soft Skills: Ability to gather requirements, engage with customers, and explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Strong presentation and documentation skills for proposals, installation guides, and solution architecture. Self-driven and adaptable, capable of working independently and within teams. Willingness to travel for site surveys, installations, and customer training. Experience with Multi Functions Meters (MFM), Panel Meters or with Power monitoring Solutions is preferred as the role involves handling Energy Management System (EnMS) products.
