Location: BangaloreExperience: 5+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: IT/ServicesJob Summary:Siliconus is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager/Senior HR Executive to oversee core HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, client coordination, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a high-performance workplace culture while maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:1. Employee Relations & HR Operations:Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, orientations, payroll processing, leave management, loans, and appraisals.Maintain and optimize employee records, insurance, and training programs (POSH, leadership, communication skills).Address and resolve complex employee grievances and drive motivation strategies.Implement effective retention strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Ensure seamless employee background verification and onboarding at Siliconus and client locations.Example Scenario:If an employee takes unapproved leave at a client site, HR must coordinate with the client, counsel the employee, and enforce strict leave approval protocols.2. Employee Attrition & Retention Strategies:Design and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition rates.Develop career progression frameworks and succession planning initiatives.Conduct in-depth exit interviews and leverage insights to enhance employee engagement.Example Scenario:If a high-performing employee is considering leaving due to limited growth opportunities, HR should propose tailored development plans and career growth pathways.3. Client Relations & Communication:Serve as a strategic liaison between employees and clients, ensuring seamless coordination.Oversee timesheet tracking, client communications, and HR reporting.Address client escalations professionally, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.Example Scenario:If a client raises concerns about delays in timesheet submissions, HR must implement process improvements and tracking mechanisms to ensure compliance.4. Compliance & Labor Laws:Ensure strict compliance with labour laws, EPFO, ESIC, maternity benefits, and regulatory policies.Maintain and audit HR records related to employee benefits and statutory compliance.Proactively update and implement HR policies based on changing legal frameworks.Example Scenario:If an employee identifies discrepancies in their EPFO records, HR must verify payroll data, coordinate with authorities, and ensure timely corrections.5. Work-from-Home & Hybrid Work Management:Develop and enforce hybrid work policies to maintain productivity and collaboration.Monitor employee performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.Balance workforce flexibility with organizational objectives.Example Scenario:If excessive WFH requests are impacting project collaboration, HR should introduce structured hybrid models with mandatory in-office attendance.6. Training & Development:Design and execute leadership development, technical upskilling, and soft skill training programs.Conduct mandatory POSH training and compliance workshops.Implement communication and leadership training programs to enhance workforce effectiveness.Example Scenario:A well-structured POSH training program ensures employees are well-informed about workplace safety and reporting mechanisms.7.
