Hi, Greetings of the Day !!Assistant Manager - Sales are Hired ! Are you a driven and results-oriented individual looking to advance your career in sales? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Primarily responsible for meeting the business targets set for the period in terms of number of licences and revenue of various software products.Ensuring the collection of payments due from the customers within the credit period for the products sold.Effective management of the sales team which reports to him by ensuring that the team members efficiently and diligently perform their responsibilities, namely, identification, development and conversion of prospects to customers for various Software Products in the assigned region.Ensuring that the sales team identifies, evaluates and responds to key business issues faced by the prospects and customers by effectively collaborating with the technical teams in educating, facilitating and demonstrating the capabilities of the various software solutions.Effectively collaborating with the Channel Sales Manager of the OEM in drawing up various marketing and sales strategies, Implementation of the same in the market through his team members, providing feedback on the outcome and fine tuning the marketing and sales strategies to ensure attainment of desired results.Ensuring that the sales team provides and co-ordinates post-sales support through the Technical team.Ensuring that regular training, handholding, development and re-training of the team members is done to enable them to perform to their full potential and deliver on their individual targets.Providing the company management and the OEM Account Manager with activity reports on Marketing and Sales and report on performance of the team members at periodic intervals, namely, weekly, monthly, etc.,Monitor the Performance of the sales team by monthly performance review and measuring their performance against KRAs/ KPIs.Building and maintaining strong relationship with key customers and prospects and ensuring that their satisfaction is maintained at a very high level.Establishment of sales best practices and ensuring that the members of the sales team conform to the same in handling the customers and prospect accounts.Ensuring that the sales team and company achieve its revenue and strategic goals as outlined in the objectives set. Ensuring that the sales team provides market and competitive information to support business planning.Working closely with the Marketing team and Prospectors to enable them in generating sufficient quality leads.E-learning and obtainment of certification(s) commensurate to their position and in line with the calendar is a mustELIGIBILITY / JOB REQUIREMENTS:The ideal candidate for the above position shall:Possess B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electrical or any other branch of Engineering educational qualification.Possess a minimum of 4 Plus years of Direct Sales team management experience.Experience from a similar industry would be an added advantagePossess consistent track record of successful direct sales in technology products related to Product design and manufacturing industry.Must have strong technical and business vision with excellent presentation and communication skills.Must possess the ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, and have superior organizational/ time management skills and make-it-happen attitude.Possess good communication and written skills in English Language.Should be highly self-motivated, aggressive and possess pleasing attitude.Should have passion to meet the customers, have good inter-personal skills to convince the customers and possess sales and after sales-oriented approach.Should have the capability to communicate in local languages.What We Offer:A competitive salary with incentivesComprehensive training and development programsA supportive team environment with room for growthIf you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
