Responsible to promote Kaizen & 5S activities in department. Responsible to maintain safe work environment i.e.PPE'S adherence ,Emergency response plan Ensure closure of audit points. Ensure product output as per control plan. Ensure adherence of PPES at shop floor and other working areas (as per PPES matrix) Ensure zero leakage / spillage on shop floor. Responsible for Timely identification of skill requirement for production personnel. Responsible for during devalopment handover OPS parameter and actual parameter to be verified and match Providing on job training down the level (operatotor and die setter) To maintain 5s of daily basis at die casting production area, die casting store area and melting area
