Key Responsibilities: Odoo ERP Implementation & CustomizationConfigure and deploy Odoo modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Accounting, HRMS, CRM, etc.).Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards as per business needs.Manage user roles, access control, and security settings. Manufacturing & Production Process OptimizationImplement Odoo ERP solutions to optimize production planning, raw material procurement, inventory control, and quality management.Map yarn manufacturing workflows into Odoo ERP.Ensure seamless integration between production, procurement, and sales. Data Migration & IntegrationTransfer legacy data to Odoo ERP with accuracy.Integrate Odoo with third-party tools such as accounting software, logistics, and e-commerce platforms.Maintain data consistency and security. User Training & SupportConduct end-user training to ensure smooth ERP adoption.Create user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.Provide ongoing technical support and resolve ERP-related issues. Testing & TroubleshootingPerform system testing to identify and fix bugs.Ensure performance optimization and minimal downtime.Assist in Odoo version upgrades and feature enhancements.Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills:Strong understanding of Odoo framework & modules.Basic knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, API integrations.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript) is a plus. Manufacturing & Business Process Knowledge:Preferred experience in Yarn Manufacturing, Textile, or similar industries.Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management.Familiarity with accounting principles and ERP-based financial transactions.
