Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure site execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and documentation. Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize project efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in civil construction or related field (site engineering). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of building construction processes, materials science, and safety protocols. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and clients.
