Role & responsibilities Site Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from initial planning to completion. Coordination: Coordinate with various teams, including architects, subcontractors, and project managers. Compliance: Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards. Budget and Timeline: Maintain project timelines and budgets. Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices. Problem-Solving: Identify and solve technical issues on the construction site. Documentation: Prepare site reports and log project progress. Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and regulations. Quality Control: Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality control standards. Communication: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech/Diploma In Civil & Electrical Engineering
